Question:
Buyers: How do I become a Reseller/Solutions customer?

Answer:
Requirements:

• An account on evc.de
• WinOLS 5 (Full version. Not the demo).

Procedure:

1. Contact the reseller (list) and tell him that you would like to become a customer.
   Note: With some resellers, you can become a customer immediately using the list. Steps 2+3 are then omitted.
   
2. The reseller will register you.
3. EVC will then send you an e-mail with a confirmation link which you must click on.
4. Then start the function "Miscellaneous > Updates + Registration" in WinOLS.

WinOLS 5:

• You can find the resellers both in the "Project > Open" dialog and in "Import wizard > Similar projects" if you click on the hat icon.
• You can find the solutions under "Search > Solutions".

Problems?

• Have you received the e-mail with the confirmation link and clicked on the link? (Please also check your spam folder.)
• Check whether the reseller appears at Account > Reseller as buyer appears.
• Did you then use "Miscellaneous > Updates + Registration" in WinOLS?
